Announcing the Nominees for 2013-2014 PTA Board
At 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, the Ridgecrest Elementary PTA will hold a general meeting to elect a new board. Nominees for the new board are:
Christina Otterback - President
Christina Staige - 1st VP Executive Vice President
Missy Leggett - 2nd VP Programs
Laura Bassett - 3rd VP Membership
Michelle Nicely - 4th VP Ways & Means
Denise Menke - Treasurer
Ms. France - Secretary
All PTA members are invited to the meeting, which will take place in Ms. Garrett's music room. Also, we have plenty of room if you'd like to volunteer. We need a 5th Grade Social chair as well as Membership committee members, T-shirt committee members and more. If you would like to volunteer, come to the meeting or email us at theridgepta@gmail.com.

Next Skating Party: Monday, May 20
Our next skating party is Monday, May 20. Forms will go home in in early May.
In an effort to improve student safety, the Ridgecrest PTA is increasing the number of parents required at skating parties. If you plan to attend, we could use your help as a chaperone to help with skates and assist in the event of minor injuries.
